Strange runtime exception with Strong-name signed assemblies

Our customer reported an issue that our .Net application (written in WPF) does not work on some of their machines. When they tried to open affected dialog, following exception was thrown: "The type initializer for 'Type' threw an exception. ---> System.MethodAccessException: [assembly.dll] Strong-name signed assemblies must specify a public key in their InternalsVisibleTo declarations.".

This message does not make sense and when you try to find it on the Interner, almost everytime it is related to build. But why this is not issue during build and happen just in runtime and just on some machines? After some investigation, we found out that customer has installed just ".Net framework Client profile" and some extended profile. When we installed also standard .Net framework (4.5.2), problem has gone and application worked normally.

Hope this may help also someone else :-).
